Ingredients:
- 9 peeled apple .
- A quarter cup of sugar .
- Tbsp honey .
- Liter of water about four cups .

How to prepare:
- Cook the apples in water with sugar and honey until it boils well.
- Then lifted and left it to cool.
- Strain the juice using a refinery and provides cool.

It's good that you can mix it with any other health juice and make it more nutritious.

Instead of allowing children to the harmful drinking carbonated beverages, we can give him Apple juice. Because it is delicious and  nutritious.
